Modern Wave took care of our personal home with ease. No delay in work and fairly priced. Being in the insurance business, I now refer Tristan to all my property clients and everyone of them has expressed the same sentiment. Highly recommend!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Modern Wave and our contractor, Tristan. From start to finish, the entire renovation process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations.

They completely transformed our home in just two months, which was incredibly impressive without ever sacrificing quality. Tristan was transparent, responsive, and always available to answer questions or help us make decisions throughout the project. We always felt informed and confident every step of the way.

One of our favorite parts of working with Modern Wave was their project management app. We were able to see real-time progress, daily photos, and recaps of the work being completed, which gave us so much peace of mind and made us feel involved even when we weren’t on-site.

The craftsmanship is exceptional. The flooring and tile work are absolutely beautiful, and it’s clear that the team takes pride in every detail. The finished product is even better than we imagined.

If you’re looking for a contractor who is honest, efficient, detail-oriented, and truly cares about the quality of their work, we highly recommend Modern Wave and Tristan. We would absolutely use them again for future projects!
